What Type of SMP Treatment Do You Think You’ll Need?

Full or Partial Scalp?

Or, Density Filler Treatment For Areas That Have Hair?

SMP Full or Partial Scalp Treatment

NOTE: You must first complete a health history to see if you are a good candidate for any of my cosmetic tattooing procedures.

Some medical conditions may require a doctor’s release.

Your health history must be completed by phone prior to booking your consultation and actual procedure appointment day.

I will review your health history by phone with you to determine if you need a doctor’s clearance or waiting period before scheduling your SMP.

NOTE: If any change occurs in health history between consultation, initial procedure, follow-up or any future additional sessions, be sure to inform me in the event that you may need a new doctor’s release.

If you book without notifying me of a change in health history you will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged for the time that was reserved  for you.

Before and After Care Instructions

Please be sure to avoid getting a sunburn on your head before and after each SMP session. Start using a sunblock 7 days before. Do not wet shave 24 hours before. Cut hair down to zero guard if you are not having a “Density only” treatment. Be sure to stay hydrated, use a mild exfoliating gentle scrub for about 5 days before and follow by applying a moisturizer 2-3 times a day prior to your appointment.

I highly recommend eating a meal prior to the session. Also clients are encouraged to bring a snack and a beverage. You will be with me for about 3-4 hours on this first session. I will work up a demo hairline as a preview to be sure we are on the same page. You are welcome to bring in photos that appeal to you.

Signs and symptoms of infection:

SWELLING: A slight amount of swelling and redness is typical for a fresh tattoo. This should subside within 24 to 48 hours. If swelling becomes excessive, uncomfortable and you feel the pain radiating beyond the site of the tattoo, then this is a sign of infection.

FEVER: Fever is a symptom of an underlying condition, which is most often an infection. Please contact a medical provider if you think you may have a possible infection!
