Once your consultation is complete and your treatment plan has been established, you’re ready to schedule your procedure. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment time and secure your treatment date.

POLICIES & BOOKING INFORMATION
Complimentary consultations are available by phone, Zoom, or in person. Phone consultations are approximately 20 minutes, while in-person consultations are approximately 30 minutes.
If you fail to provide 24 hours' notice for cancellation and do not attend your scheduled consultation, a $60 deposit will be required to reschedule. This deposit may be credited toward your future procedure.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards (service fees may apply), checks with valid identification, cash, Zelle, and PayPal.
A health history review must be completed before booking treatment. Certain medical conditions may require physician clearance before proceeding.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a procedure appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit and require a new deposit to secure another appointment.

Please bring your glasses if needed, as signatures are required on treatment documents. Permanent makeup balances are due on the day of the procedure unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Appointments are available Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Calls and text messages are typically returned within 24 hours between client appointments.
