At The Micropigment Studio, we offer several advanced brow techniques including hair stroke brows, nano brows, powder brows, and combo brows. Each method is designed to enhance your natural brows while creating a balanced and flattering shape. Hair stroke and nano brows focus on creating realistic strokes that mimic natural hair. Powder brows provide a soft, shaded makeup effect, while combo brows combine strokes and shading for added dimension. During your consultation, we help determine which technique is best for your skin type and desired look.

Permanent brows are considered semi-permanent and typically last between 1–3 years. Longevity depends on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, and skincare products. Oily skin may cause pigment to fade slightly faster than normal or dry skin. A touch-up appointment is usually recommended after the initial treatment to perfect the shape and color. Maintenance sessions every 12–18 months help keep the brows looking fresh and defined.

Most clients experience only mild discomfort during the procedure. A topical numbing cream is applied before and during the treatment to help minimize sensitivity. Because everyone’s pain tolerance is different, the level of sensation can vary slightly from person to person. Many clients describe the feeling as light scratching rather than pain. Any tenderness usually fades shortly after the appointment.

Immediately after treatment, the brows will appear darker and more defined than the final healed result. Over the next 7–10 days, the pigment will soften as the skin heals and lightly exfoliates. It’s important to follow the aftercare instructions carefully to ensure proper healing and pigment retention. During this time, you should avoid excessive moisture, sweating, and direct sun exposure. Once healed, the brows settle into a more natural and softer appearance.
